In this article is pointed out that for the mental heath services there ought to be more attention for the place and the importance of the outpatient services especially as for as the somatic pathology and the psychopathology in everyday morbidity regarded. It is stated, that the best place for diagnosis and treatment of patient with any kind of pathology are the outpatient services of psychiatric hospitals, if they are integrated and incorporated in the whole of the mental heath services.
