First a few remarks are made on the concept 'psychopathy' and considerations of some psychopathic phenomena which often are seen in patients with a sychopathic syndrom. After this the purpose and method of psychotherapy with these patients are described and illuminated further. A distinction is being made between identical psychotherapy and non-identical forms of treatment. Some problems of the identical therapy are further discribed next. Finally several general comments are made on the special problems in the treatment of dissocial patients and the importante of the rehabilitation is pointed out briefly.
