Psychotropic drug use during pregnancy and lacta

Many psychiatrists are uncertain about the risks of psychotropic drug use during pregnancy and lactation. An overview is given of the recent literature. Special attention is given to the drugs which can or cannot be prescribed, and under what precautions this should be done.
