The treatment design of a young schizophrenic adolescent
This case-study describes the treatment-design of a young schizophrenic adolescent, based on a diagnostic model, in which attention is directed to both psychodynamic and psychiatric aspects. The five elements of the treatment-plan, skill-training, parental counselling, school-program, psychotherapy and pharmacological aspects (e.g. clozapine), are discussed separately.
