Pharmacological treatment of dysthymic disorder

For a long time dysthymic disorder has been regarded as a 'neurotic' disorder. Results of psychopharmacological treatment have been contradictory, mainly because of methodological problems. This article reviews recent research, demonstrating efficacy of antidepressants.
